Please print and complete our New Patient and Notice of Privacy Practices forms, and bring them with you so we can expedite your care. We accept most insurances.

Directions to Our Long Beach Podiatry Practice

We're located at 3816 Woodruff Ave., Suite 130, in Long Beach. Our office has a large parking lot in front, along with a green "Medical Doctors' Offices" sign. Enter through the sliding glass doors on the right side of the building, or through a small door from the parking lot. The building has free parking and three elevators to ensure easy access.

From Orange County (Traveling North on the 405 Freeway):

  • Exit 26A onto Woodruff Ave.
  • Continue on Woodruff Ave. for approximately 2 miles.
  • Our office is located on the right side, at 3816 Woodruff Ave., Suite 302.

From Los Angeles County (Traveling South on the 405 Freeway):

  • Take Exit 26 onto Bellflower Blvd. and take the ramp for Bellflower Blvd. N.
  • Turn onto Bellflower Blvd. and continue north for approximately 1 mile.
  • Turn right onto E. Wardlow Road and go east for roughly half a mile.
  • Turn left onto Woodruff Ave. and travel 0.7 miles.
  • Our office is located on the right, at 3816 Woodruff Ave., Suite 302.

From 605 Freeway South:

  • Take exit 3 onto Carson St. toward Lincoln Ave.
  • Turn right onto Carson St. and travel 1.8 miles.
  • Turn left onto Woodruff Ave. and travel 0.3 miles.
  • Locate our office on the left, at 3816 Woodruff Ave., Suite 302.

From Long Beach (Avoiding the Freeway):

  • Go east on Willow St. until Bellflower Blvd.
  • Turn left on onto Bellflower Blvd. and go north for approximately 1 mile.
  • Turn right onto E. Wardlow Road and go east for roughly half a mile.
